The East Street School will offer a sustainable live/work community of simple living spaces where shared resources and experiences create a supportive environment for artists of all disciplines.

The operations of the facility will be led by Redline Art whose mission is to foster education and engagement between artists and communities to create positive social change. Redline Art operates two similar artist collectives in metropolitan Denver.

East School Trinidad LLC. is the affiliate developer of Urban Neighborhoods, Inc.. Led by visionary preservationist, Dana Crawford, she and her team will help oversee the rehabilitation process, assist in artist outreach and leasing.

Four Points Funding is a place-based investment firm focused on Opportunity Zones in Colorado’s emerging communities. Population growth is the underlying driver of Four Point’s investments, with a focus on smaller communities that are typically ignored by developers and investors.

Pueblo and Durango-based architectural firm led by Paul Glenn AIA, will apply their experience in historic preservation and adaptive reuse to rehabilitate the nationally-registered property.
